Public Library Enhancement Funds
Public Library Enhancement Funds will provide programming and other project support to benefit all SCLS public libraries (see below for fund descriptions).
Each year the Foundation Board, guided by a committee of librarians elected by SCLS member libraries, will determine how fund proceeds will be used to benefit all member libraries.
The Foundation Board will direct 10 percent of each contribution to the SCLS Foundation Endowment Fund. These gifts will help ensure the foundation continues to provide fundraising assistance and training, and other services and resources to our libraries.
